This Saturday evening do something different: move and meditate. Activate your energy, release bliss chemicals, connect with like minded people, open your heart and sharpen your awareness. 

Programme:

We normally offer 2 Osho Active Meditations suitable for beginners as well as for more experienced meditators. We follow a spontaneous flow and design the programme on the day including: 

  • Body movement
  • Breathing techniques
  • Shaking and activation of energy
  • Gibberish, expression and mental release
  • Guided relaxation
  • Mindfulness
  • Gratitude 

Time:

The event will run from 18.00 to 20.30.

17.45 - 18.00 - Arrival (doors close at 18.00 - please note, it's not possible to join the group after 18.00).

Synchronicity Yoga Studio

What to bring: 

  • wear loose clothing 
  • some hard blocks, yoga mats and blankets are available but you may want to bring your stuff for extra comfort
  • bring a blindfold or something to cover the eyes
  • there is no allocated parking space at the venue but you should be able to find parking nearby and it is free on Saturday evening
